How long does it take to create my flutes?
Each product requires 5-7 days minimum (sometimes longer for complex designs). The painting process alone needs multiple days because we apply many coats with drying time between each. Crystal application takes 5-12 hours depending on design complexity. Then everything needs few days to cure. We recommend ordering 2-3 weeks before your wedding to ensure perfection without rush.
Can I order more than 2 flutes?
Absolutely! While most couples order just for themselves (2 flutes), you can order for parents, wedding party members, or your entire head table. Contact us to discuss timeline for larger quantities.
What if my colors aren’t shown in any collection?
That’s exactly why we offer complete customization! Show us your color palette – send swatches, photos of bridesmaid dresses, invitations, anything – and we’ll match your exact colors. We can create ANY color you can imagine.
Are they safe to drink from?
100% YES! We use only non-toxic, food-safe materials. The paint is sealed with many protective coats that completely separate it from the interior. Crystals are applied to the outside. Everything is designed for safe use as functional drinkware. Safety is always our top priority.
Can I see them in person before ordering?
If you’re in or near Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon, we’re happy to arrange an in-person viewing appointment! You can see collections up close, hold them, and discuss customization face-to-face. For international customers, we provide detailed photos and videos of your custom design for approval before creating final pieces.
What’s the difference between crystal glass and regular glass?
